The Silver plan costs £6 per month, which gives you access to annual boiler service, 24/7 phone service and priority bookings should your boiler go bust. Call outs are charged £54 per hour, and you are assured of a professional, qualified and experienced engineer who will assess your boiler to identify, diagnose and fix the problem.

Gold Plan – Boiler Repair Cover + 3 Free Callouts

The Gold plan is one of our most popular home cover plans in the North East. Priced at £14 per month, the Gold plan includes 3 free call outs per year and replacement parts cover of up to £75 in addition to all the services offered in the Silver plan. This means you get priority bookings, 24/7 telephone support and annual boiler service.

Platinum Plan – Boiler Repair Cover + Plumbing Cover + Unlimited Callouts

The Platinum plan offers the ultimate coverage for your boiler system and peace of mind for you. At £19 per month, you get unlimited call outs all year around, replacement parts cover of up to £100, plumbing cover and £250 off on replacement boilers. And of course, you also get access to annual boiler service, priority bookings and 24/7 telephone support.
