By cooling the pulse points, you can trick the brain into thinking you are feeling cool. Another option is to fill a hot water bottle or bag and use it to cool your pulse points.

Close the Windows during the Day

If you thought keeping windows open throughout the day will reduce the temperature, think again! In fact, when you keep the windows and curtains closed during the day, you will find that your room stays cooler.

Invest in a Quality Fan

Steer clear of cheap fans as they tend to be noisy, which is the last thing you want when you want to sleep comfortably. Invest in a good quality fan that can cool your room quickly without making a lot of noise.
